Our story begins.......

In October 1986 when HomeLife/Bayview Realty Inc. opened its doors with a mere sales staff of 4. By 1988, with a staff of over 60 top producing professionals, we found ourselves at the forefront in the real estate profession receiving the honour of "#1 HomeLife Office in Canada."

Being the #1 HomeLife Office helped us move in 1989 onto the first floor of the prestigious Le Parc Office Tower situated at Leslie & Hwy. 7 in Thornhill. Our new home allowed us, not only the expansion space that our increasingly productive and growing office required, but also placed us in a highly visible and accessible location.

On May 31, 2001, HomeLife Bayview held its Grand Opening Celebration at 505 Highway 7 East, with over 400 guests and sales representatives in attendance. The afternoon included an official ribbon cutting ceremony with Mayor of Markham, Don Cousens and HomeLife Founder, Andy Cimmerman. It was catered with lunch buffet, door prizes and presentations by the proud owners, Tom Tauro and Steven Schmeiser.

Over the past twenty years in the Real Estate industry, HomeLife/Bayview has continued to grow and maintain their standard of excellence becoming a leading force in Canadian Real Estate. HomeLife/Bayview offers a vast spectrum of Real Estate services which include residential sales, commercial and industrial sales and commercial and industrial leasing. HomeLife/Bayview has also expanded their services to include RECO Continuing Education Courses.

HomeLife/Bayview is located at the South-west Corner of Hwy#7 & Commerce Valley in the Commerce Gate Building. This is just one block west of Hwy#7 & Leslie Street - the Markham/Thornhill/Richmond Hill Junction.

DIRECTIONS USING TOLL HIGHWAY #407
Exit at Leslie Street North. Make a left at the first traffic light (Commerce Valley Drive). Follow this street until you reach the last building (on your left hand side) before the traffic light.

DIRECTIONS USING HIGHWAY #7 EAST
Follow Hwy #7 East until you reach Commerce Valley. Our building will be on your right hand side at that intersection. Commerce Valley is approx the third traffic light after Hwy#7 & Bayview, the traffic light after the Shell Gas Station.

DIRECTIONS USING HIGHWAY #7 WEST AND HIGHWAY #401/404
Take Hwy#401, until Hwy#404Take Hwy#404 north and exit at Hwy #7 west. Travel west approximately 3 traffic lights. You will see Commerce Gate on the south west corner of Hwy#7 & Commerce Valley. Turn left at this light, then right into the parking lot at 505 Hwy#7 East
